Schramm’s Pacific Bramble is an iteration of our Bramble mead containing fruit exclusively from the Pacific Northwest. Regionally sourced raspberries produced a more focused acidity, lighter color and less residual sweetness than its predecessor. A great pairing candidate for charcuterie boards or grilled meats, Pacific Bramble made its own unique statement alongside Bramble to earn a place in our lineup and in your glass.
