Valentine’s Day Pairing Dinner

We welcome you to join us Thursday, February 14th at 7:00pm for our annual Valentine’s Day Pairing Dinner by Chef Eric Sanderson. 

 

Course 1:
deviled egg
smoked salmon, horseradish, mustard
paired with Chrissie

 

Course 2:
grilled naan
spiced yogurt, gem lettuce, lemon vinaigrette
paired with Black Agnes Batch Nine

 

Course 3:
curried apple soup
Crispy quinoa, roasted potato, mint
paired with Blackberry Blossom

 

Course 4:
smoked pork loin
grits, pineapple, chimichurri
paired with Bramble

 

Course 5:
opera cake
paired with Honeyberry

 
 

Each guest will have the opportunity to purchase one 375ml bottle of The Heart of Darkness Batch Seven.
Limit one bottle per guest.
