Five Course Mead Pairing Dinner

We welcome you to join us Sunday, July 9th, 2017 for a Five Course Mead Pairing Dinner. Enjoy five masterfully prepared courses from Chef Eric Sanderson. Each course will be served with the perfect mead, including the return of our sweet and tart Cranberry.

First Course:
Royal Miyagi oyster, on the half shell, cucumber mojito granita
Mead Pairing: Marionberry

Second Course:
Cool melon soup, pickled peppers, shaved radish, chili flake, herb oil
Mead Pairing: Madeline 2nd Birthday

Third Course:
Little gem romaine salad, crispy ham, dill, buttermilk vinaigrette
Mead Pairing: Raspberry

Fourth Course:
Grilled bistro steak, root vegetable hash, cranberry jam, spiced demi glace
Mead Pairing: Cranberry

Fifth Course:
Cherry soda gelato, chocolate wafer, Coca Cola- coffee syrup

Dinner will begin at 6:00 pm on Sunday, July 9th. Tasting room access will be limited to event guests only.

No refunds or exchanges. Tickets are non-transferable. Please include guest names at time of purchase. Seating is limited to 32 guests. Parties with 1, 3 or 5 guests may be seated at communal tables or the bar. Unless a seating request is otherwise specified, guests may be seated at a table, a booth, the bar, or outside – weather permitting. We do our best to accommodate all seating requests.
